In short

How TheGuideX works with brands, tools, and publishers — sponsored content, deal features, guest posts, and tool partnerships — and the lines we do not cross to keep the site worth trusting.

§ 01

Who we work with

TheGuideX works with SEO and web tools, hosting and platform companies, agencies, and brands that take search seriously. The bar is simple: the partnership has to be useful to the people who read this site and trust its recommendations. If it is not, it is not worth doing.

The site is read by SEO and WordPress specialists, site owners, and people hunting genuine deals on hosting and tools, worldwide.

§ 02

Media kit

Deciding whether to work with us? TheGuideX reaches SEO and WordPress specialists, site owners, and deal-seekers worldwide, through in-depth articles and honest deal coverage. The brand, in short:

For the full kit — logo files, current audience, traffic, and recent examples — email [email protected]. We send real numbers on request, not an inflated deck.

§ 04

Deal and coupon features

TheGuideX runs coupon and deal posts. If you are a hosting, theme, or SaaS company with a genuine offer, we can feature it — but only where the deal is actually good and relevant to our readers. Deals are presented by their value to the reader, not by who pays. A weak discount dressed up as a big one does not get published.

§ 06

Tool and affiliate partnerships

Where a tool is one we already use and recommend, an affiliate or partner arrangement can make sense. The relationship is disclosed and it never changes the recommendation. We would rather have no partnership than a dishonest one — independence is the asset.

§ 07

Looking for SEO or web work instead?

If you want TheGuideX to actually fix a search, AI visibility, WordPress, or authority problem on your own site, that is consulting work rather than a media partnership. Start on the contact page and tell us what is not working.

§ 08

What we will not do

  • Recommend a product we have not used or do not believe in.
  • Publish hidden paid links or undisclosed sponsored content.
  • Sell placements that mislead readers or break search guidelines.
  • Take part in private blog networks or link schemes.
  • Sell dofollow guest posts, link insertions, or “DA50+” placements.
  • Remove or soften honest criticism in exchange for payment.
§ 09

How to propose a partnership

Send a short, specific email to [email protected] and tell us:

  • what you are promoting — the product, tool, or deal;
  • the offer, or what you have in mind;
  • your rough budget or scope, and timeline.

Pricing depends on the work and the placement — there is no fixed ratecard, and paid pieces are always labeled regardless of fee. Sunny Kumar reads these directly and replies honestly about whether it fits.
