• Fees, schedule, and what is included are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Invoices are due by the date stated on them, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Either side can pause or end ongoing work with reasonable notice, as set out in the written scope.
• Work already delivered stays payable.

For the work to go well, you give us timely access to the site, hosting, analytics, or Search Console as needed, and you review changes within a reasonable time. You confirm you have the right to the content, brand, and assets you ask us to work on. Delays in access or approval can move timelines.

Logins, data, and business details you share with us are used only for the work you asked for, and only the people doing that work can see them. We do not publish a client's name, data, or results without that client's permission.
