We commit to method, diagnosis, and quality of implementation — not to a specific position, traffic number, lead volume, or AI citation by a fixed date. Anyone guaranteeing a number one ranking is guessing or worse. We report honestly on what changed and why.

• Fees, schedule, and what is included are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Invoices are due by the date stated on them unless otherwise agreed.
• Ongoing work can be paused or ended by either side with reasonable notice, as set out in the engagement.
• Work already delivered remains payable.

For the work to succeed, you provide timely access — to the site, hosting, analytics, or search console as needed — and approve changes within reasonable time. You confirm you have the right to the content, brand, and assets you ask us to work on. Delays in access or approvals can move timelines that otherwise sit outside our control.

The text, structure, and design of this website belong to TheGuideX. You are welcome to read and share linked pages, but do not republish substantial parts as your own.

For client work, deliverables we produce for you become yours once the engagement is paid in full. General methods, know-how, and reusable approaches remain ours to use again.
