TheGuideX is an SEO and web consultancy operated by Sunny Kumar, with its head office (HQ) at Plot No. 17, S/F, Kh. No. 31/24/17/14 and 25, Sector 7 Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110075, India and a virtual office at Henrietta, NY 14534, USA.

TheGuideX is the data controller for this site. For anything about your data, email [email protected] — it reaches us directly.

There are no accounts, no comments, and no newsletter. You give us personal data in only two ways, both by choice:

• Email — when you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever is in your message.
• Booking a call — when you book an intro call, our scheduling tool (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and the time you choose, so the call can be set up.

The site never asks for any other personal detail directly.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic so we know which pages are useful. GA4 loads from googletagmanager.comand sends anonymised events to Google's servers.

What GA4 records about your visit includes:

• the URL of the page you opened and the page you came from
• your IP address (Google truncates and anonymises this)
• approximate location derived from IP (typically country or region)
• device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
• basic interaction events (clicks, scrolls, time on page)
• a randomly-generated client ID stored in your browser

How to opt out: install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block third-party scripts via a content blocker. The site works fully with GA blocked.

Two small things are stored in your browser:

• Theme choice — kept in localStorage on your device, never sent to any server.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) — set by GA4 to assign a random client ID. Expire after up to 2 years and can be cleared anytime.

The site does not set advertising, retargeting, or any other tracking cookies of its own. Booking happens on Cal.com's own site, so it sets no cookies here.

A few services help run the site, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregate, anonymised traffic measurement.
• Cal.com — handles call bookings and the details you enter to book.
• BunnyCDN — our content delivery network; serves the site's files and may log standard request data (such as IP and browser) to deliver them.
• Our hosting provider— stores and serves the site's files.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any of them for their own marketing.

We keep enquiry emails and booking details only as long as we need them to reply and keep a basic record of our correspondence, and we delete them on request. Google Analytics keeps its aggregated data according to its own retention setting; Cal.com keeps booking data under its own policy.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy — email [email protected] and we will action it.

• Legal basis (EU/UK): we use your message or booking to reply and discuss working together (legitimate interest and steps before a contract); analytics runs only on a basis you can opt out of at any time.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share your personal information, and never have.
• Where your data goes: our head office is in India and the services above operate from other countries, including the US — so your data may be processed outside your own country.
• Children: this site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
